Law enforcers must abide by strict rules concerning the use of covert surveillance and the likelihood that use of this method may result in the infringement of other's (innocent parties) privacy. Most people involved in the education of minors would disagree with using children in this way. Evidence such as this can be manufactured and is not reliable. It is certainly not reliable enough to take punitive action against others who have been the subject of such a video. As an ex enforcement officer who dealt with age restricted sales I have become increasingly worried about the weight being given to evidence such as this against others.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
