I have been trying to think of a way to pro...Lisa,<br /><br />I have been trying to think of a way to promote more educational discussions amongst my students and myself. We are currently using Google Classroom, but it has been most successful for creating a place to turn in assignments. I was hoping for it to be an opportunity for my students to collaborate on homework and other assignments. There is no messaging feature (unless you are replying to an announcement on the stream), so I feel that this is what is impeding them. I love this idea of introducing text messaging into the classroom environment to promote discussion and collaboration.
