How has the role of the teacher changed when a student can Google anything? That’s what three colleagues (@, @JPatanio, @DarlynnAlfalla) and I discussed with participants at this year’s #Educon. We discussed with participants what we could expect to see more or less of in the age of Google as well as the new vs traditional roles.
Here is what we came up with at the session:
What we'll see in the age of Google, more or less...
New roles vs old roles in the age of Google...
One participant, Dan Gallagher, shared this vision for how he viewed today's classroom. You can click on various areas in the classroom to learn more.
What do you think? Is any of this familiar? Is there anything you would like to try or have tried? What have your experiences been? What are you wondering?
