I like the California K-12 Technology Showcase too. The teachers are all interviewed on camera and do a great job of walking you through their class projects.

I love the MMM videos also because not only does the teacher show you how to teach the math module, but it also includes an actual video of how it played out in class: http://www.mmmproject.org/video_matrix.htm
Try the Trashketball video!

ReplyDeleteVery promising paths to share with our schools. Has anyone categorized these type of links by category and grade level? The chalk-talk of the YouTube lessons on Khan Academy accomplishes the organization. If the pedagogy of KA was better we would really have something!
Probably the best source because it has over 12 editors making sure the material is good, is http://www.watchknow.org
ReplyDeleteNearly 20,000 videos with explanations and age level.
